Order Processing
All orders are hand-inspected and carefully packaged at our Miami fulfillment center.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
- Order confirmation: sent immediately via email after checkout
- Shipping notification: includes your tracking number and carrier details
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard Shipping
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days after processing
- Cost: Flat rate $9.95 — FREE on orders over $250
- Carrier: USPS Priority or UPS Ground
Express Shipping
- Delivery time: 1–2 business days after processing
- Cost: $24.95 flat rate
- Carrier: UPS 2-Day or USPS Priority Express
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and select international destinations.
- Delivery time: 7–14 business days after processing
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination & weight
- Customs & duties: the buyer is responsible for any import fees, taxes, or customs charges

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track orders by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out — we're here to help.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and your local post office within 48 hours
- File a claim with the carrier directly
- Contact us with your order number — we'll do everything we can to help locate it
If your package arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge once verified.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the intimate nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened bundles or closures.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the unopened packaging and the issue to lisaolius@gmail.com — we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Wrong Item Sent
If we sent the wrong texture, length, or lace size, we apologize — please contact us within 48 hours and we'll ship the correct item right away with a return label for the original.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your order enters processing and cannot be changed. Email lisaolius@gmail.com ASAP if you need a change.
